Return and Refund Policy – Oostware Solutions (Pty) Ltd
Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received - unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
If the returned goods are found to be free of defects or the return does not fall within the provisions of the CPA, the customer will be responsible for all related costs, including shipping, handling, and collection fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order products
- Personal care and hygiene items
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
- Items sold as “clearance” or “sale”

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product (once approved) and then place a new order for the replacement item.
If the exchanged goods are found to be free of defects or the exchange does not fall within the provisions of the CPA, the customer will be responsible for all related costs, including shipping, handling, and collection fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@oostware.com.
