All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

We accept payment via EFT, credit/debit card, or any other method displayed on our website.
Full payment must be received before goods or services are released.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Oostware Solutions reserves the right to withhold products or services until payments clear in our account.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and location. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Oostware Solutions cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk and ownership transfer to the customer once products are handed to the courier or collected.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS (CPA COMPLIANCE)
If the goods are confirmed defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
If the goods are found to be free of defects or the return is not covered under CPA guidelines, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping or handling costs.
For exchanges not related to product defects (e.g., incorrect item ordered), the customer is responsible for all courier and handling costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection and approval.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Oostware Solutions (Pty) Ltd or our licensors and are protected by South African intellectual property laws.
